Allergen-Shield Egg is a highly specific sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed for the rapid and reliable determination of egg residues in food products labeled as egg-free. When paired with the optional Surface Swabbing Kit, the method extends beyond product testing to include environmental monitoring, allowing users to easily assess surface contamination by allergens and support robust cleaning validation procedures.
